Scallops in White Wine-Lime Sauce

In a skillet, brown well

6 Scallops, large (place them in a paper towel for a few minutes to absorb the water)

3 T Butter

In a small bowl add and stir

3 T Olive Oil

2 T Orange zest

Juice Lime

2 T Onion, minced

1/4 Red Pepper, minced

4 Garlic cloves, minced and rested

1/4 C White wine

1/4 C Parsley, chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Pour this over the scallops and let simmer.

Serve immediately with Miracle Noodle Fettuccine, Saute mushroom and onions and a garden salad.
