Pizza – grain-free, lectin-reduced

I pinched the edges of the pizza to create an edge for the toppings
The pizza dough recipe is large enough for two medium pizzas. I freeze one dough for a future recipe.
I roll out the dough, pinch the edges then bake it at 350 for 10 minutes.
Mushrooms, peppers (peeled and deseeded), red onion.
Then the toppings. Prosciutto ham
I bake at 350 for 10 minutes then put the oven on broil for at least 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
