Grilled Shrimp with Pears

  • 8 Large shrimp

    Drain and toss with
  • 1T Olive oil
  • 1t Basil
  • 1t Oregano
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper

    In a large bowl whisk together
  • 1T Rice vinegar
  • 1T Lime juice
  • 1t Lime zest
  • 1T Maple syrup
  • 1T Olive oil

    Add
  • 1/2 Pear, quartered, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 Medium red onion, chopped
  • 2T Parsley

Skewer and place Shrimp in an air fryer and grill at 400 degrees for about 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.

Pour the pear and red onion mixture equally over the shrimp skewers.

Serve with steamed carrots or your favourite vegetables.
