
Grilled Shrimp with Pears
- 8 Large shrimp
Drain and toss with - 1T Olive oil
- 1t Basil
- 1t Oregano
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
In a large bowl whisk together - 1T Rice vinegar
- 1T Lime juice
- 1t Lime zest
- 1T Maple syrup
- 1T Olive oil
Add - 1/2 Pear, quartered, cored, and chopped
- 1/2 Medium red onion, chopped
- 2T Parsley
Skewer and place Shrimp in an air fryer and grill at 400 degrees for about 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
Pour the pear and red onion mixture equally over the shrimp skewers.
Serve with steamed carrots or your favourite vegetables.
